Zell Dharsee, Clinical Director, MA, RP, ADHD-CSP, CCTP-II, Psychoanalyst(c)
Having worked in many different fields of Psychotherapy for over 10 years, I’ve developed an appreciation for holistic approaches to well-being. Events from our past can lead to us carrying patterns and anxieties that hold us back, affecting our perception and experience of what’s happening. My goal is to help you get unstuck by gaining new insights, developing new coping skills, and to ultimately build resilience.
Having had opportunities to teach Psychotherapy, and provide supervision and mentorship, my appreciation for this work is renewed hourly. I have completed extensive trainings and blend modalities to deliver tailored care to my clients.
I have trained in both CBT & Psychoanalysis, and am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Fully Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work with clients dealing with a number of issues including: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Narcissism, Stress, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Uncertainty, Control, and Self-Sabotage.
I approach psychotherapy from an integrative angle, applying multiple approaches to meet the needs of my clients. My sessions are often on the less structured side, making room to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as they unfold.
At YYZ Talks, we believe in transparency. We want you to know what you’re getting, and who you’re working with. Here is a snapshot of my most recent Professional Development endeavours:
